Jacqueline R. Garrett, 47, of Le Roy, NY, was arrested and charged with inhalation of certain toxic vapors or fumes and certain hazardous inhalants/ the illegal sale and use of toxic vapors on September 1st, 2026 at 3:40p.m. at 419 West Main Street in Batavia.
Garrett allegedly inhaled toxic fumes from Dustoff, a hazardous inhalant, to cause intoxication and inebriation.
Garrett was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to Batavia City Court on September 29th, 2026 at 1:30p.m.

Caitlin E. Hardy, 34, of Medina, NY, was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI: Per Se-BAC .18 % or more-no priors, and DWI/1st offense, on September 1st, 2026 at 12:10a.m. on Knowlesville Road in Alabama, NY,
Hardy was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on uniform traffic tickets on all charges. SH is scheduled to appear in Alabama Town Court on September 22, 2026 at 6:00p.m.

Torrence C. Greene, 36, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI, no seat belt, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed view and failure to obey traffic devices, traffic device violation/passed a red light at 5267 East Clinton Street Road in Batavia on August 28th 2026 at 10:30p.m.
Greene was allegedly driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held for a CAP Court arraignment on August 29th, 2026 at9:00a.m.
