Maggio was held at the Genesee County Jail until his CAP Court appearance on September 13th, 2026 at 9:30p.m.

Brian P. Griffin, 41, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree after allegedly entering a residence after previously being told he was not allowed there on September 9th, 2026 at 9:06a.m.
Griffin was arrested and released on an appearance ticket. He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 22nd, 2026 at 10:00a.m.

Boyden fought with Live Nation Security Guards during a concert at Darien Lake on September 12, 2026 at 7:38p.m.
