- On 9/17/2026, Jennifer L. Button, 41, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree.
Button was allegedly located at a residence on Summit Street in violation of an order of protection. She was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

Blackshear allegedly shoved another person during a domestic incident on Franklin Street. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

- On 9/7/2026, Andrew C. Webster, 33, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The arrest stems from an incident on Hutchins Street, where a child was found walking in the street. Webster was allegedly supposed to be watching the child but was allegedly playing video games and allegedly failed to supervise the child. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

- On 9/15/2026, Kelly C. Horton, 55, Carrie A. Stewart, 46, and Renee L. Coughlin, 36, where each charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.
All three were charged following a traffic stop on Ellicott Street, where they were allegedly found in possession of narcotics. They were each issued an appearance ticket and released.

- On 9/16/2026, George N. Jeffries, 37, of Batavia, NY, was charged with Menacing 3rd degree, Exposure of a Person and Harassment 2nd degree.
It’s alleged that Jeffries shoved a person and exposed his genitals to two other people, during an altercation on East Main Street. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
