Michael D. Pastore, 47, of Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree, a class D felony, after an incident at the Genesee County Jail on September 17th, 2026 at 8:02a.m.
Pastore allegedly threw hot water on another incarcerated person, causing physical injury.
On September 20th, 2026, Pastore was arrested, processed and arraigned in CAP Court.

Garrett, 47, of Batavia, NY, is charged with illegal sale and use of toxic vapors after allegedly intentionally inhaling electronics duster for the purpose of causing a condition of intoxication, inebriation, excitement, stupefaction or the dulling of the brain or nervous system on September 22, 2026 at 8250 Park Road in Batavia, NY.
Garrett was transported to the Genesee County Jail where she was released on an appearance ticket.
Garrett is due to appear in Batavia Town Court on October 27th, 2026, at 10:00AM.

Cameron D. Williams, 22, of Batavia, NY, is charged with burglary 2nd degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic incident on W. Main Street Road in Batavia, NY, on September 22, 2026 at 9:03 p.m.
Williams was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. Williams was scheduled to appear in CAP Court on September 23, 2026 at 9:00AM.

Jillian R. Gates, 21, of Wellsville, NY, is charged with DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign and unlicensed operator after a motor vehicle accident on Sumner Road in Darien, NY, on September 10th, 2026 at 11:53p.m.
Deputies say Gates was allegedly intoxicated by an alcoholic beverage. She was scheduled appear in CAP Court on September 11th, 2026 at 9:00a.m.

Crystal C. Braziel, 37, of Batavia, NY, is charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and criminal mischief on September 21, 2026 at 11:17a.m.
Braziel was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 6th, 2026.

James F. Maggio, 25, of Lima, NY, was charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree after he allegedly had been previously removed from private property and advised not to return on September 12th, 2026 on Alleghany Road in Darien, NY.
Maggio allegedly returned to the property without authorization.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was issued an appearance ticket. He is due to appear in Darien Town Court on September 29th, 2026 at 4:00p.m.

Furl was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to Darien Town Court on October 6th, 2026, at 4:00p.m.
