Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of 19-year-old Bradley D. Weis of Castile, NY, on a bench warrant after failing to return to court on multiple dates.
On October 22nd, 2026, the Perry Police department arrested Weis on a bench warrant after he failed to appear in the Perry Village Court on multiple dates after originally being arrested for aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree along with other vehicle and traffic violations.
Weis was arraigned in the Warsaw Town Court by Judge Fusani and was committed into the Wyoming County Jail with bail set at $2,000 cash, $4,000 bond, and $8,000 partially secure bond.
Weis is to appear in the Perry Villag Court on 11/17/2026.
