NYS Police/Lancaster woman charged with Aggravated DWI under Leandra’s Law
On May 26, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Nigar E. Kapilevich, 45, of Lancaster, NY, charging her with Aggravated DWI/Leandra’s Law.
