Robert L. Williams Jr., 26, of W. Main St.Rd., Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd, following an alleged road rage incident which lead to a physical altercation resulting in injury.
The incident occurred at 519 East Main street on December 21, 2016.
Williams turned himself in at the Batavia Police Department and he was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
Christopher C. Say, 26, of Goddard St., Webster, MA, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for bail jumping, criminal contempt 2nd and obstructing governmental administration 2nd after an April 2013 incident on Otis street.
Say was arraigned in City Court and held on $2,500 cash or bond bail.
He will re-appear in court on January 12, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.
Robert E. Wood, 26, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd after an incident where he entered a secured residence of an acquaintance without consent. Th incident occurred on January 4, 2017.
Wood was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash bail and $2,000 bond bail.
Jill M. Turner, 34, of Burke Dr., Batavia, is charged with dog running at large after she allowed her dog to run at large onto the neighbor’s property on January 3, 2017.
Turner was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 10, 2017 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charge.
Lexus M. Brown, 20, of Raines Park, Rochester, was arrested for failure to appear on December 9, 2016 court date.
Brown posted police bail in the amount of $300 and was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 10, 2017.
Branden L. Daymon, 32, of Norwich Dr., Rochester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on a vehicle and traffic violation from November 4, 2016.
Daymon was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance and will return to court on January 25, 2017 at 12:30 p.m.
