Roberto J. Echevarria, 19, of Laurelwood Dr., Rochester, is charged with assault 3rd/recklessly causing physical injury, after throwing a glass bottle striking a person in the face.
The person suffered a laceration.
Echevarria was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was issued an appearance ticket and released.
He will appear in Darien Town Court on June 6, 2017.
