BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Man charged after refusing to leave

Anthony J. Nobile, 28, of New York Pl., Batavia, is charged with trespassing after police were called to 18 Evans street, City Fire Headquarters, for a male subject who would not leave.

The incident occurred on October 3, 2017 at about 5:00 p.m.

Nobile was arrested and released with an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 10, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.

 

 

Tyrone N. Thigpen Sr., 40, of Jackson St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he allegedly had contact with the protected party of a stay away order of protection.

The incident occurred on Watson street on October 2, 2017 at 7:50a.m.

Thigpen Sr. was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in City Court on October 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

 

Kiha S. McNear, 19, of Walnut St., Batavia, was arrested on an active bench warrant out of City Court from June of 2017.

McNear was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
