ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT

On October 7, 2017, on North Gravel Road in Ridgeway, Deputy Barnum of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Rachelle Goldsmith, 27, of Lyndonville, with DWI, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right, and moving from a lane unsafely. Goldsmith was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

 

On October 13, 2017, on Lyndonville road in Ridgeway, Deputy Cole, assisted by Sergeant Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Joshua Travis, 27, of Lyndonville, with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and possession of a hypodermic instrument. Travis was remanded to the jail on $500 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

 

On October 16, 2017, on Monroe-Orleans County Line road in Kendall, Sergeant Doyle, assisted by Deputy Papponetti and Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Chad Oehlbeck, 30, of Hamlin, with criminal contempt 2nd. Oehlbeck was remanded to the jail on $500 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Kendall Court.

 

On October 19, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Cole assisted by Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Shaundra Mathis, 40, of Waterport with petit larceny. Mathis was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On October 2, 2017, on Ridge Road in Ridgeway, Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Nicholas Long, 72, of Albion with harassment 2nd. Long was released on his own recognizance and is schedule to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

 

On October 22, 2017 at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Pahuta of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Maria Paz, 42, of Appleton, with petit larceny. Paz was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On October 27, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Sergeant Doyle, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Rebecca Kepner, 34, of Lyndonville with petit larceny and conspiracy 6th Degree. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On October 27, 2017, Deputy Hazel, assisted by Deputy Papponetti, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Holly Bevins, 21, of Irondequoit,  with grand larceny 4th for an incident that occurred September 24 in Murray. She was remanded to the jail on $2500 cash or bond and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

 

On October 28, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Sergeant Doyle of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Edward Simmons, 31, of Albion with petit larceny and conspiracy 6th Degree. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On October 30, 2017, Investigator Gifaldi, assisted by Deputy Pahuta, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Adrian Taylor, 40, of Rochester with Grand Larceny 3rd for an incident that occurred April 7th at the Albion Wal-Mart. He was arraigned by the Orleans County Court and remanded to the jail without bail.
