On January 10, 2018, The Perry Police Department reports the arrest of a Fillmore man.
Officer Tim Bryant arrested Kristofer Hubbard, 35, after an investigation conducted by Officer Greg Smith of the Perry Police Department.
Hubbard is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a weapon 4th.
He was arraigned in front of Judge Bogert and remanded to the Wyoming County jail in lieu of $1000.00 cash bail. He is to return to Perry Court in February.
