GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Akron man accused of driving on drugs

Randy R. Reiner, 24, of Washington St., Akron, is charged with DWAI/drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, unregistered motor vehicle and no/inadequate muffler following the observation of alleged vehicle and traffic violations on Judge road in Oakfield on April 27, 2019.

After field sobriety tests, Reiner was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail where Deputy Richard Schildwaster, a certified drug recognition expert, administered a drug influence evaluation. Following the evaluation, it was determined Reiner was allegedly impaired by drugs.

Reiner was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets. He will appear in Oakfield Town Court on May 27, 2019 at 6:00p.m.

Matthew J. Norstrand, 34, of Washington St., Spencerport, NY, is charged with DWAI/combined influence of drugs and alcohol, DWI, refusal to take breath test, operating a motor vehicle with improper plates and driving with an obstructed view after a 9-1-1 hang up investigation at 3:38a.m. on West Bergen road in LeRoy on April 28, 2019.

Norstrand was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the town of LeRoy court on June 6, 2019 at 5:00p.m.

Matthew A. Olczak, 31, of Clarence, NY, is charged with DWAI/drugs, DWI, failure to keep right and driving across hazard markings after a traffic stop on Main road in Pembroke on April 24, 2019 at 1:50a.m.

Olczak was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in town of Pembroke Court on May 9, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
