On Thursday December 1, 2016, Kira Kastenhuber, 38, of Hope Street, Perry, was sentenced by the Honorable Micheal M. Mohun to an indeterminate period of incarceration with a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of life in NYS prison.
“This was a planned, premeditated and calculated murder,” says Vincent Hemming, First Assistant DA.
“We will strongly recommend to the parole board that Kastenhuber spend the rest of her life in prison.”
