Nikayla C. Jackson, 19, of Slusser Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th after allegedly using her mother’s credit card information to make unauthorized purchases on January 15, 2017.
Jackson will appear in City Court on February 21, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
Robin Dart, 44, of Carroll Lane, Commerce, MI., is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and no headlights after a traffic stop at 8315 Park road on February 2, 2017.
Dart was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 6, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
