Ronald Dedominces, 51, of Lakeview, NY, was arrested at a snowmobile crossing on Route 39 in the Town of Eagle on February 4, 2017.
Dedominces was stopped at a crossing for a registration check, and during the check Dedominces was found to have been drinking. Dedominces failed standardized field sobriety testing and was taken into custody. Dedominces’ snowmobile was towed from the scene, and he was then taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
He is charged with snowmobiling while intoxicated and snowmobiling with a BAC over .08%, both misdemeanors.
Dedominces was released to a family member and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Eagle Court on February 27, 2017 to answer the charges.
