On February 1, 2017 at 6:30 a.m., The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people following a vehicle and traffic stop on Route 31 in the Town of Albion.
Joel Rivera, 25, of Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, N.Y.,was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, a felony and failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
Rivera was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while his driving privileges had been suspended or revoked 25 times with 24 scoffs on 15 separate dates.
A passenger in Rivera’s vehicle, Johnathon W. Donohue, 39, of Hindsburg Rd, Albion, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.
Donohue was allegedly in possession of 10 diazepam pills.
Rivera and Donohue were arraigned before Town of Albion Justice, J. Fuller.
Bail was set in the amount of $2,500 for Rivera, $1,000 for Donohue. Both were remanded to the custody of the Sheriff and both appeared in court this morning.
