Thomas L. Gibson, 29, of Watson St., Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after an investigation into the sales of crack cocaine in the City of Batavia .
Gibson was arrested on February 8, 2017 on a Grand Jury Indictment Warrant by members of the Genesee County Drug Task Force.
He was arraigned in Genesee County Court and jailed in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond .
Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.
