Leonard E. Hahn, 17, of South St., LeRoy, is charged with rape 1st, a class A felony, following an investigation into a complaint in the Town of Alabama in April of 2016.
Hahn allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a child that is less than 11 years old on April 15, 2016 in Alabama, NY.
Hahn was arraigned February 8, 2017 in the Town of Alabama Court by Judge Tauscher and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond bail.
He will re-appear in the Town of Alabama Court on March 2, 2017 at 2:00p.m.
Gari L. Fields, 33, of Lehigh St., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant out of the Town of Stafford Court for traffic violations from September 4, 2007 on Morganville road.
Fields was arraigned in the Town of Stafford Court and bail was set at $250 cash or $2,500 bond.
Fields is due back in Stafford Town Court on February 14, 2017 .
