Katrina L. Drake, 26, of Locust St., Lockport, is charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd following a complaint of people fighting in the road at 119 Summit street on February 12, 2017 at 1:07a.m.
Drake was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City court on February 27, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
Joseph M. Marsceill Jr., 31, of Pringle Ave., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Batavia City Court following a home check by the Genesee County Probation Department on February 8, 2017.
Marsceill was arraigned in City Court and released under supervision of Genesee Justice.
Eileen L. Biaselli, 58, of Ellicott St., Batavia was arrested on an active bench warrant from 2005 during an unrelated domestic incident that she was involved in on February 6, 2017
Biaselli was arraigned in City Court and was held without bail.
Jessie J. Sayyeau, 23, of Iroquois St., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Batavia City Court. The warrant was issued after Sayyeau failed to appear as a scheduled court appearance. Sayyeau was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $1,000 cash or bond bail
Robert S. Sojda, 52, of Lake St., LeRoy, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Batavia City Court on February 2, 2017.
Sojda was picked up by police on February 11, 2017.
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $1,000 cash or bond bail and will appear in City Court February 14, 2017.
