GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Lockport man arrested after being found driving with a suspended license

Edward J. White, 21, of Michigan St., Lockport, NY, is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, unlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd after a traffic stop by the Local Drug enforcement Task Force in the City of Batavia on February 20, 2017.

White was found to have a suspended license and was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana and some drug paraphernalia.

White was arraigned in City Court and bail was set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

Batavia Police Officers and Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force with the stop.

 

Sergio A. Forte, 51, of Myrtle St., LeRoy, turned himself in at the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office on a Genesee County Bench warrant for the charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle 2nd.

Forte was arraigned in Genesee County Court and held without bail.

He will return to court on March 3, 2017 at 11:15 a.m.
