Shamir K. Asiam, 29, of Landstone Ter., Rochester, is charged with menacing 2nd, and two counts of criminal contempt 1st after an incident in the parking lot of 1 West Main street, the Genesee County Courts Facility on March 1, 2017.
Asiam allegedly drove his vehicle at a high rate of speed and swerved his vehicle towards a protected party in an order of protection and towards a Sheriff’s Deputy as he was leaving the parking lot.
Asiam was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $20,000 cash bail.
Mark J. Amico Jr., 29, of Rt. 237, LeRoy is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd after allegedly calling another person and making several threatening statements on March 7, 2017.
Amico was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and was released on his own recognizance.
He will appear again in LeRoy Town Court on April 3, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
Teresa A. Anderson, 42, of Sandybrook Dr., Hamlin, is charged with petit larceny after she found a change purse on the floor near a slot machine at Batavia Downs and took money and ticket vouchers from the purse and discarded it between two slot machines.
The incident occurred on January 17, 2017.
Anderson will appear in Batavia Town Court on April 11, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
