The Sheriff’s Office is investigating a robbery that occurred at the Bergen 7-Eleven store at 8132 Buffalo Road in Bergen.
Dispatchers received a call at 11:31p.m. MArch 8, 2017 reporting that a male had entered the store and when the clerk opened the register for a transaction, he reached over the counter and grabbed money from the register.
No weapon was displayed and the clerk was not injured.
The suspect fled out the doors on foot.
The investigation is continuing and is being handled by Investigator Parker and Deputy Young.
Daniel T. Henning, 36, of Buffalo St., Attica is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, inadequate exhaust, driving on the sidewalk and unlicensed operator after a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 5 in the City of Batavia on March 8, 2017.
Henning was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 19, 2017 at 9:00a.m.
