A Wyoming County Jail Inmate was arrested following the discovery of contraband in her cell during a cell search.
Inmate Nicole K. Sullivan, 31, of Perry, was serving a sentence in the jail after being convicted of the charge criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.
Sullivan was found to be in possession of crushed up medication inside her cell with paraphernalia used to inhale the crushed up medication.
She is charged with promoting prison contraband 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, and arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court.
Sullivan was held in lieu of $500.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 bond, and is scheduled to return to the Village of Warsaw Court on April 10, 2017 for further proceedings.
