Rebecca A. Edwards, 23, of Kibbi Ave., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 3rd/value over $3,000, after an investigation into stolen property at 8204 Park road, the Citgo Gas station in October of 2016.
Edwards was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on March 24, 2017 and will return to court on April 17, 2017 at 10:30a.m.
Tammy M. O’Shea, 45, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd after an investigation into a trespass complaint on January 22, 2017.
O’Shea was arraigned in the Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
She will appear in Stafford Town Court on April 13, 2017 at 6:00p.m.
Shana L. Sullivan, 26, of Griswold Rd., Stafford, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Griswold road on March 28, 2017.
She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on April 13, 2017 at 6:00p.m.
