Steven D. Fox, 35, of Bater Rd., Stafford, is charged with menacing 2nd and harassment 2nd after an investigation into a domestic incident on March 29, 2017 on Bater road.
Fox allegedly threw a hammer at a person and then allegedly tackled them to the ground during a domestic incident.
Fox was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court and released.
He will appear in the Town of Stafford court at a later date.
Richard M. Corke, 52, of Old Beaham Rd., Rochester, is charged with disobeying a court order after allegedly violating a court order on March 29, 2017 when he sent an unwanted text message to a protected person.
Corke was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on April 20, 2017.
A 17 year old male, of LeRoy, is charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at the LeRoy High School on March 29, 2017.
He was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and will re-appear at a later date.
