GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man accused of striking girlfriend during dispute

Richard D. McKague, 27, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and harassment 2nd after allegedly striking his girlfriend during a domestic dispute.

There was a refrain from order of protection between McKague and his girlfriend which he allegedly violated during the incident on May 1, 2017.

McKague was released on recognizance and will re-appear in court on June 26, 2017.

 

 

Timothy M. Weinstein, 45, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and aggravated family offense after allegedly making several phone calls to a protected party while at 14 West Main street, the Genesee County Jail, on May 3, 2017.

Weinstein was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the the Genesee County Jail.

He will re-appear in City Court at a later date.
