Brett N. Magoffin, 41, of Genesee St., Pembroke, is charged with assault 3rd after an alleged domestic dispute with his wife on May 5, 2017 at about 5:00p.m.
Magoffin was arrested following a police investigation.
He was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and will re-appear at a later date.
Evan M. Wilson, 23, of Macedon Center Rd., Palmyra, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st , DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, speed over 55mph(77/55) and unregistered motor vehicle after being stopped for allegedly speeding on Lake street road in LeRoy on May 6, 2017.
Wilson was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and was jailed on $2,500 cash bail. He will re-appear at a later date.
A 17 year old male, of Pavilion, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a suspicious condition call in the parking lot of the Alexander Deli on Main street in Alexander on May 6, 2017.
The teen was allegedly found to be in possession of an amount of marijuana and a smoking device.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on May 23, 2017 at 5:00p.m.
