Devon D. Rogers, 30, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after a domestic incident on Pearl street on May 2, 2017.
Rogers was arraigned in City Court and was released on recognizance and is scheduled to appear in City Court on June 1, 2017 at 9:30a.m.
Michael Adam Jude Salter, 36, of N. Service Rd., Beamsville, ON, is charged with petit larceny and harassment 2nd after a reported domestic incident on Holmes avenue on May 1, 2017.
Salter was issued an appearance ticket and released.
Salter was fingerprinted and photographed at the Genesee County Jail and will reappear in City Court on May 9, 2017 at 9:00a.m.
Travis L. Bartz, 21, of Trumbull Parkway, Batavia, who was being held in the Genesee County Jail on an unrelated charge, was arrested on a City Court Bench Warrant from September 27, 2016 and arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on May 4, 2017.
Kimberly M. Douglas, 35, of Hutchins St., Batavia, was arrested on a City Court arrest warrant after she allegedly failed to appear on a previous court date.
Douglas posted bail and was issued an appearance ticket and released.
She will appear in City Court on May 9, 2017.
Amanda L. Dixon, 31,of Oak Orchard Rd., Albion, was arrested by the Medina Police Department on an arrest warrant out of the City of Batavia Court for failing to appear on a traffic violation.
Dixon was turned over to the Batavia Police and transported to the Batavia Police Headquarters and was processed.
Dixon posted $500 bail and was released.
She is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on May 9, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
