BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Two charged in disturbance on Maple street

Bleyke Z. Culver, 20, of Willow St., Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct, trespass and criminal mischief 3rd/damage to property greater than $250, after a physical disturbance involving multiple people at 18 Maple street on May 20, 2017.

Also charged is Laqueasha M. Taylor, 23, of Bank St., Batavia, she is charged with disorderly conduct for fighting behavior.

Upon arrival, Police were able to separate all parties.

Culver was arraigned in City Court and jailed. Taylor was issued an appearance ticket.

James L. Ozzello, 29, of Kathryn’s Way, Livonia, is charged with failing to yield the right of way to vehicular traffic, other than at a crosswalk, at 140 West Main street on May 21, 2017.

Ozzello proceeded into the path of a vehicle and was also charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

He was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $1,000 bail.

Rebecca A. Edwards, 23, of Central Ave., Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant for petit larceny on May 18, 2017 . She was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $500 cash or bond bail.

Wendy L. Henry, 32, of Central Ave., Batavia, is charged with obstruction of governmental administration 2nd after allegedly interfering in a medical situation on Central avenue on May 20, 2017.

She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

Christopher S. Usselman, 25, of Hamilton St. , Albion, is charged with criminal impersonation 2nd, open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation  2nd after a traffic stop on West Main street on May 20, 2017.

Usselman allegedly provided officers the name of a different individual during the stop and was found to be in possession of an open container of alcohol and marijuana in the vehicle. He also allegedly has a revoked NYS driver’s license.

Usselman was arraigned in City Court and held on bail.

Bonnie M. Marrocco, 47, of Swan St., Batavia, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a violation, on August 1, 2017 after a May 18, 2017 incident at a residence in the City of Batavia.

Bryan S. Harris, 35, of Stratford Rd., Buffalo, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court on May 22, 2017.

Harris was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance and will appear at a later date.

Geoffrey M. Anderson, 51, homeless, was arrested on a bench warrant from May of 2016 for failing to appear in court after being served an appearance ticket.

Anderson was arraigned in City Court on May 17, 2017 and held without bail.
