GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Dunkirk woman charged under Leandra’s law after traffic stop

Tawny L. Collazo, 32, of Swan St., Dunkirk, was allegedly found to be driving while intoxicated with two children under 16 years old in her vehicle at 998 Main road in Pembroke at 12:48 a.m. on May 25, 2017 after a traffic stop.

Collazo is charged with DWI, DWI/Leandra’s Law, driving with passengers less than 16 years of age and driving with a BAC of .08% or more.

Collazo was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on July 11, 2017 at 4:30p.m.

 

 

Sandra A. Muhs, 50, of South St.Rd., Pavilion is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs following an investigation of a property damage accident at 9778 South street road in Pavilion on May 23, 2017.

Muhs allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.

She was also issued uniform traffic tickets for failure to keep right and unsafe tires and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on July 11, 2017 at 3:00p.m.
