The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Future concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on May 24, 2017:
Jessica Ross, age 31, of Jasper Parrish Rd., Buffalo, NY, was arrested for Trespass, 2 Counts, Harassment 2nd and Resisting arrest after allegedly attempting to entering the concert venue after being ejected twice and told not to return. Jessica then punched and kicked Deputies while being taken into custody. Jessica was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $500 bail.

Alex M. Gonzalez, age 20, of Premption Rd., Geneva, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of a quantity of marijuana.
Joshua R. Dauer, age 19, of Steven Dr., Cheektowaga, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of a quantity of marijuana.
A 16 year old female, of Marvinhill Rd., Springville, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of a quantity of marijuana.
Noah J. Klumpp, age 19, of Buffalo St., Hamburg, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of a quantity of marijuana.
Jonothan S. Daley, age 19, of Miles Allen Blvd., Elkland, PA., was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of a quantity of marijuana.
Rae M. Warner, age 19, of Calm Lake Cir., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of a quantity of marijuana.
Roberto J. Echevarria, age 19, of Laurel Wood Dr. ,Rochester, NY, was arrested for Assault 3rd after allegedly throwing a bottle striking another subject in the face causing a laceration.
Alexander Labor, age 21, of Peach St., Buffalo, NY, was arrested for Harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing a Live Nation Security Officer.
Dewayne E. Johnson, age 55, of Westside Dr., Chili, NY, was arrested for Harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing a Live Nation Security Officer.
Nathaniel T. Welnhofer, age 18, of Colvin Blvd., Tonawanda, NY, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after allegedly urinating in public while in the crowd at the Concert venue entrance.
Zachary P. Liberatore, age 20, of Stonehedge Dr., Orchard Park, NY, was arrested for Trespass and Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly refusing to leave the concert venue and then being found inside the concert venue.
A 17 year old male, of E Ravenside Ln., Webster, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly crawling under a fence to enter the concert venue.
Nadia M. Jones, age 20, of Magee Ave., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.
Andrew J.W. Delles, age 20, of Black Creek Dr., Niagara Falls, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.
Jake R. Viza, age 20, of Webster Rd., Webster, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.
Olivia I. Flink, age 19, of Marlbank Dr., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.
Jennifer M. Abbott, age 20, of Bostwick Rd., Phelps, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.
