Adam W. Hildebrant, 26, of Highland Park, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a class D felony, after allegedly being found with a set of metal knuckles on June 20, 2017 by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force.
Hildebrant is also being held on a parole violation.
He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held without bail.
Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by NYS parole.
Timothy F. Hughes, 55, of Burbank Dr., Orchard Park, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, speeding over 55mph, failure to signal, unsafe passing and moving from a lane unsafely on June 25, 2017, after a complaint of a vehicle driving erratically on Bennett road in Darien
Hughes was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and will re-appear at a later date.
Nicholas R. Dorson, 30, of Reed Rd., Olean, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after an accident in the Darien Lake Parking lot during the Zac Brown Concert on June 25, 2017.
Dorson’s BAC was .13%
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on July 18, 2017 at 4:00p.m.
Brian J. Hart, 33, of Lakeshore Rd., Kent, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after an investigation of a vehicle off the road in a ditch at 1740 Richley road on June 26, 2017.
Hart was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released with appearance tickets. He will appear in the Town of Darien Court on July 11, 2017 at 4:00p.m.
Justin C. Holtforth, 43, of S. Main St., Oakfield, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding over 55 mph after a traffic stop on Lewiston road in Alabama on June 23, 2017.
Holtforth was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on August 8, 2017 at 6:00p.m.
Qumane J. Santiago, 18, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal trespass after a complaint on Main road in Stafford on June 23, 2017.
Santiago was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on July 13, 2017 at 6:00p.m.
