BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Hutchins street woman found unconscious while taking care of infant

Elizabeth A. Denise, 36, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly going unconscious while using an unknown drug and while being the sole care giver to an 8 month old child on Hutchins street on June 25, 2017.

Denise was transported to UMMC and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 11, 2017.

 

Derrick M. Williams, 27, of State St., Batavia, is charged with menacing 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd following an investigation into an incident where he allegedly threatened multiple people with knives on Willow street on June 21, 2017.

Williams was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.

 

William A. Andrews III, 37, of Lake St., LeRoy was arrested at Genesee Justice on a bench warrant out of City Court after failing to comply with the conditions of being released under the supervision of Genesee Justice on June 20, 2017.

Andrews III was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $5,000 bail.

 

Brandon J. March, 32, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd and burglary 2nd/illegal entry to a dwelling after entering a residence on Cone street. The occupant of the residence had an order on protection against him.

March was arraigned in City Court on June 23, 2017.

 

Robert D. Griffin Sr., 38, of Ross St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and criminal mischief 4th after he allegedly struck a person and broke some property at a residence on Manhattan avenue on June 20, 2017.

Griffin Sr. was issued an appearance ticket and released.

Then on June 21, 2017, Griffin Sr.was charged with criminal contempt 2nd after a domestic incident and a violation of an order of protection at the same residence on Manhattan avenue.

Griffin Sr. was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $5,000 cash or bail bond.

 

Thomas A Carson, 41, of Wood St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd and burglary 2nd following an investigation into a domestic incident on Wood street on June 24, 2017.

Carson was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail. He re-appeared in court today.

 

Douglas G. Bryant Jr., 48, of Pringle Ave., Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct and harassment 2nd after being accused of yelling and swearing outside of his residence and he also allegedly threatened police.

Bryant was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $500 cash or bond bail.

 

Kyle J. Burdick, 28, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd following an investigation into a traffic complaint on Ellicott street on June 24, 2017.

Burdick was issued a traffic citation and released. He will appear in City Court on July 12, 2017.

 

Pamela J. Morris, 38, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following an investigation into a complaint where Morris allegedly sent Facebook messages to the protected party in an order of protection.

Morris was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 11, 2017.

 

Jacy W. Lennon, 41, of Rohr St., Rochester, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant out of City Court after failing to appear on a scheduled court date.

Lennon was arraigned in City Court and is being held on $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.

Lennon appeared in City Court this afternoon.

 

Stephanie M. Wentworth, 31, of Augusta St., Rochester, turned herself in on a warrant out of City Court where she was charged with menacing 3rd and endangering the welfare of a child less than 17.

The charges stem from a domestic incident that occurred at Bob Evans at 196 Oak street on June 18, 2017.
