Kevin W. Dart, 59, of Transit Rd., Elba, is charged with unlawfully dealing with a child 2nd following an investigation into an underage drinking party on Transit road in Elba on July 4, 2017 at 1:30a.m.
Dart allegedly allowed persons under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages during a party at his residence.
Dart was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Elba Town Court on August 2, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
Todd A. Kendall, 64, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly striking another person on Main road in Stafford on June 3, 2017.
Kendall was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Stafford Town Court on August 1, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.
Susan A. Minardo, 28, of Shelby Rd., Kings MTN, NC, was arrested on a warrant out of the State of Pennsylvania while deputies were investigating a call at the TA Travel Center on Rt. 77 in Pembroke on July 2, 2017.
Minardo was picked up as a fugitive and was held without bail .
