GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Woman accused of signing sisters name on fingerprint card at jail

Kelly L. Stanton, 23, of Sparksboro Dr., Camillus, NY,  is charged with forgery 2nd after allegedly purporting to be her sister during an unrelated arrest at the jail at 14 West Main street on August 5, 2017.

Stanton allegedly signed a fingerprint card in the name of her sister.

She was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and was jailed in lieu of $15,000 cash and $25,000 bond.

 

Sandra J. Kessler, 45, of Lewiston Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs following an investigation of a suspicious condition at 700 Ellicott street on August 25, 2017.

Kessler allegedly was operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs following the completion of field sobriety test.

Kessler was issued appearance tickets and released and will appear in City Court on October 18, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.

 

 

Jamie B. Wix, 41, of Rozzelles Landing Dr., Charlotte, NC, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding in a zone following a traffic stop on Park road on August 25, 2017.

Wix was allegedly operating a vehicle at a high rate of speed, field sobriety tests were administered.

Wix was issued appearance tickets and released and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 28, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

 

Anthony Proffessor Blackwell, 39, of George Urban Blvd, Cheektowaga, turned himself in to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding arrest warrant for a criminal mischief 3rd charge from May of 2017 in an incident at 8315 Park road.

Blackwell was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.

 

 

Nicholas D. Martino, 37, of Pearl St., Batavia, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant out of the City of Batavia on August 23, 2017.

While Martino was being taken into custody, a small amount of suspected cocaine was allegedly found on his person.

Martino is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $500 bail.
