Molly M. Smith, 45, of MacArthur Dr., Batavia, is charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs in a minor injury accident that occurred at 413 W. Main Street on September 8, 2017.
Smith struck a Genesee County Sheriff’s Department marked vehicle that was stopped at an intersection.
Smith was not injured, two passengers in her SUV were transported to UMMC to be checked out. The Deputy driving the Sheriff’s van was not injured.
Smith was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. She will appear in City Court on November 1, 2017 at 9:00a.m. to answer the charges.
