Scott E. Lefort, 41, of Genesee St., Warsaw, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A at Buck Road in the Town of Warsaw on September 14, 2017.
Lefort was stopped for an expired vehicle inspection certificate which had expired in 2015.
A forged 2017 inspection sticker was located on Lefort’s vehicle.
He is charged with uninspected motor vehicle and displayed forged certificate of inspection.
Lefort was released with traffic tickets and is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Warsaw Court on September 25, 2017.
