BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Bank street man charged after allegedly using another person’s credit card at a vending machine

Michael S. Ryan, 58, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th following a report that he stole another person’s credit card and used it to make several snack purchases from a vending machine at 278 Bank street on August 25, 2017.

Ryan was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on September 26, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

Devin P. Hofert, 21, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, passing a steady red signal, driving the wrong direction on a a one way street and refusal to take a breath test after a traffic stop on School street on September 16, 2017 at 2:25 a.m.

Hofert was arraigned in City Court and released. He appeared on September 18, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.

 

Carlton L. Beardsley, 22, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after a domestic incident on Ellicott street on September 19, 2017.

Beardsley was arraigned in City Court and released and will re-appear on October 19, 2017.

 

Triton A. Drock, 23, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Cedar street on September 14, 2017.

Drock was processed and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on September 27, 2017 at 9:00a.m.

 

Geoffrey M. Anderson, 52, of Wood St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant from May of 2016 out of City Court.

He was arraigned in City Court and released for time previously served.
