GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Bergen man accused of slapping teen across the face

Christopher D. Nolan, 36, of Clinton St., Bergen, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly slapping a 14 year old boy across the face at a park in Bergen on Lake avenue on September 25, 2017.

Nolan was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on October 4, 2017.

 

Marcos Cacho-Velaz, 37, of Depew St., Rochester,  is charged with felony DWI, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd, refusal to take a breath test, failure to dim headlights and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Rt. 98 in Alexander on September 23, 2017.

Cacho-Velaz was arraigned in the Town of Alexander Court.

 

Jeri C. Lobur, 51, of Hoag Ave., Akron, is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owner’s consent and petit larceny after Lobur took a vehicle on Genesee street in Pembroke without the owner’s consent.

Lobur then sold a number of power tools that were stored in the vehicle.

Lobur was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court.

 

Rachel L. Crawford, 32, of N. Winton Rd., Rochester, was arrested on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd from an incident in March of 2017.

Judge Balbick allowed her to pay her fine and she was released.
