BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Warren street resident held on bail after allegedly repeatedly punching a person in the face

Jimpce J. Etienne, 41, of Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after repeatedly punching another person in the face during a domestic incident on Warren street on October 22, 2017.

Etienne was held at the jail on $950 bail and appeared in court on October 23, 2017.

 

Giancarlo A Miranda, 19, of Clipnock Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd(previous conviction) after Miranda was allegedly found to be in possession of a switch blade knife at 15 Main street on October 23, 2017.

Miranda was arraigned in City Court and re-appeared in Court on October 24, 2017.

 

 

William A Andrews III, 38, of State St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant on October 24, 2017.

Andrews III allegedly failed to comply with Court ordered programs.

He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Andrews III will return to court on October 31, 2017.

 

 

Carlton L. Beardsley, 22, of Walnut St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant on October 24, 2017.

Beardsley was arraigned in City Court where bail was set.

Beardsley will re-appear in court later this morning.

 

 

Michelle L. Misiak, 52, of Fisher Park, Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after she allegedly stole an alcoholic beverage from Southside Deli at 300 Ellicott street on October 21, 2017.

Misiak was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 7, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
