GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Walnut street resident jailed after allegedly bringing drugs into the jail

Carlton L. Beardsley, 22, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with introducing dangerous contraband 1st, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and controlled substance in non original container after allegedly introducing a narcotic drug into a secure area of the Genesee County Jail on October 24, 2017 at 7:30p.m.

Beardsley is currently being held at the Genesee County Jail on cash bail and will appear in City Court today.

 

 

Brandi M. Smith, 37, of N. Bennett Heights, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd after allegedly possessing two stolen checks and then uttered the two stolen checks at Wal-mart on September 3, 2017.

The checks were allegedly stolen from the City of Batavia.

 

Frank D. Fulton, 61, of Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation (27 active suspensions), unregistered motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, driver’s view obstructed and unlicensed operator after a traffic stop on Rt. 77 in Pembroke on October 24, 2017 at 11:00a.m.

Fulton was found to have an ID only with 27 active suspensions and was taken into custody and arraigned in Pembroke Town Court. He was jailed on $500 cash bail and $2,000 bond bail and his vehicle was towed from the scene.
