Eric W. Carroll, 48, of Arcade, was arrested following a traffic stop on Old Route 39 in the Town of Eagle on October 26, 2017.
Carroll was stopped for multiple traffic infractions, and after failing field sobriety testing Carroll was taken into custody. Carroll’s vehicle was towed from the scene, and he was taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
Following a breath test, Carroll was charged with DWAI/alcohol, no turn signal, failure to replace glass with safety glass, visibility distorted by broken glass, and inadequate muffler.
Carroll was released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Eagle Court on November 13, 2017 to answer the charges.
