BATAVIA/Police looking for suspects in the larceny of a cash box at Plaza Spirits

The Batavia Police Department is investigating a larceny which occurred at Plaza Spirits in Eastown Plaza at approximately 1:00 p.m. on November 16, 2017.

One suspect distracted the employee while the other one took a cash box from the business. There were no weapons displayed and no threats were made. No one was injured.

Suspects are described as black males, one approximately 50 years of age, 5’ 10” – 5’ 11”, wearing blue jeans, black hoodie, black and white sneakers, black and white winter hat and sunglasses.

The second suspect was approximately 40 years old, 5’ 10”, wearing a blue hat with a white line around it, gray / blue zip-up hoodie, and blue / white striped sweat pants and work boots.

Suspects got into separate vehicles and left the area. One vehicle was described as a maroon Chevrolet sedan. The other vehicle was a gray or light blue SUV.
