GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man jailed on drug charges and a LeRoy man charged with menacing in gun incident

Lionel J. Anderson, aka, “Chicago”, 45, of Oak St., Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after allegedly selling a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two occasions in August of 2017.

Anderson was arrested at his residence this morning and jailed without bail.

He will be arraigned at a later date.

The NYS Police, Batavia Police and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office assisted Task Force members with the investigation.

 

 

Jeremy Sheehan, 35, of West Bergen Rd., LeRoy, is charged with menacing 2nd following a complaint of a man displaying what appeared to be a handgun to a resident in a nearby apartment.

The incident occurred at 1:18 a.m. this morning.

Sheehan was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $1,000 cash bail and $3,000 bond bail.

He will re-appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on December 21, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

David M. Bratt, 38, of Carolina Ave., Lockport, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, moving from a lane unsafely and driving to the left of pavement markings in a no passing zone after a traffic stop on Lewiston road in Alabama on November 15, 2017.

Bratt was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Alabama Town Court on December 19, 2017 at 6:00p.m.

 

 

Kari A. Marble, 36, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a larceny complaint at a business at 4170 Veterans Memorial Drive in Batavia on November 9, 2017.

Marble was released and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 4, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
