Janet L Gatley, 48, of Niagara Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda, NY, is charged with falsifying business records 1st, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, petit larceny and violation of public health laws following an investigation by the Batavia Police Department and the NYS Attorney General’s Office at 127 North street.
Gatley allegedly stole numerous controlled substances from her place of employment, UMMC, in the City of Batavia.
She was arraigned in City Court on November 21, 2017 and will re-appear at a later date.
Jammie L. Brown, 26, of Gates-Greece Townline Rd., Rochester, is charged with harassment 2nd after a domestic incident that occurred at a gas station at 7787 Lake street road in LeRoy on November 23, 2017.
Brown allegedly grabbed and pushed another person during the incident.
Brown was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and jailed in lieu of $250 cash bail.
Brown will appear in LeRoy Town Court again on December 4, 2017.
Jordan J. Schunk, 18, of Alexander Rd., Alexander, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after he was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana in a vehicle at DeWitt Park after hours.
Schunk was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 28, 2017.
