James J. Spivey, 19, of Oak St., Batavia, is charged with robbery 2nd stemming from an incident that occurred on Park avenue on October 25, 2017. Spivey allegedly forcibly took property from another person.
Spivey was arrested on December 8, 2017 and jailed without bail.
He will appear in City Court today.
William G. Schultz, 43, of Evans St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th while at the Genesee County Courts Facility on an unrelated matter on December 6, 2017.
Schultz was allegedly found to be in possession of stolen property from an October 6, 2017 incident on Union street.
He was arraigned in City Court and held on $2,500 cash or bond bail.
Schultz will re-appear in City Court on December 21, 2017.
