Robert D. Cummings III, 31, of Akron Rd., Pembroke, is charged with criminal mischief 4th for allegedly damaging the property of another person on December 8, 2017 in Pembroke.
Cummings was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
An order of protection was issued and Cummings will appear in Pembroke Town Court on January 4, 2018.
Gerald J. Farrell, 24, of Nunda, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to keep right following a traffic stop on Rt. 63 in Bethany on December 10, 2017.
Farrell was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on January 23, 2018.
Cameron R. Lochren, 23, of Broadway Rd., Darien, is charged with DWAI/drugs, operating without headlights and drivers view obstructed after a traffic stop on Railroad street in Alexander on December 8, 2017.
Lochren was arraigned in Alexander Town Court and jailed in lieu of $1,250 cash bail or $2,500 bond.
Alex A. Applegate, 21, of Upper Holley Rd., Holley, is charged with DWI and moving from a lane unsafely after a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 237 in the Town of Byron on December 9, 2017.
Other charges are pending at this time.
Applegate was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Byron Court on January 15, 2018 at 5:00p.m.
Amie L. Santiago, 31, of Hindsburg Rd., Albion, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Roberts road in Alabama on December 9, 2017.
Santiago was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on January 10, 2018.
