Corey O. Armstrong, 46, of Bank St., Batavia, was picked up on an active arrest warrant{sealed indictment} after a traffic stop in the City of Batavia on Tuesday afternoon.
Armstrong is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia. He is also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after he was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana during the traffic stop.
Armstrong was arraigned in Genesee County Court and jailed without bail.
