On December 12th, 2017, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Albion man on sex abuse charges.
Rome A. Santiago, 39, of East State St., Albion, N.Y., is charged with sexual abuse 3rd.
Santiago is employed by the Genesee-Orleans A.R.C. The alleged inappropriate and unwanted contact took place with an adult client during outings in the Orleans and Genesee County area.
Genesee-Orleans A.R.C. assisted and fully cooperated with the Sheriff’s Office during this investigation.
Santiago was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Albion Court on December 20, 2017 at 9:00a.m..
The investigation was conducted by Investigator K. Strickland, Undersheriff Christopher Bourke, assisted by Lyndonville Police Officer William Larkin.
