On December 12th, 2017, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Albion man.
The original charge for Rome A. Santiago, 39, of Albion, N.Y., was disposed and he pleaded guilty to harassment 2nd degree, a violation, on June 20th, 2018. He paid a fine of $50 and a surcharge of $115.
The investigation was conducted by Investigator K. Strickland, Undersheriff Christopher Bourke, assisted by Lyndonville Police Officer William Larkin.
